Electrical
Main House: Circuit box is located in the garage just outside of the kitchen door. 
South Wing:Circuit box is located in the bedroom across from the first floor bathroom behind the Cape Hatteras lighthouse banner.

Heat & Air Conditioning: (There are four separate systems)
Main House Downstairs: Control beside the entertainment center in the living room
Main House Upstairs: Control in the upstairs hall.
South Wing First & Second Floors: Control is in the Kitchenette next to stairway to the third floor.
South Wing Third Floor: Control is just past the door to the bathroom.

Water
There is no main cut-off in the house.  In the event that the water must be shut off, the cut-off valve is located at the property line along Goose Feather Lane towards Chicahauk Drive and about ten feet in from the road.  An easily removed cover is labeled "water" and inside is a meter and a quarter turn valve that is easily moved with a pliers or wrench.
