TV/DVD/VHS
Home Up

Most all TV's are combo units including TV, DVD and VHS. There is one in every bedroom plus one in each of the Living Room, Middle Room (sitting area between the living room and the South Wing) and South Wing Kitchenette.  There is a remote control for every TV and though the remote will work on any TV please return them to their appropriate places when you leave. You will find many DVD’s and VHS tapes in the entertainment center in the Living Room. Children’s VHS’s are in the Middle Room and in the Kitchenette. If at any time a TV should become unplugged or the electricity goes out for any reason, you may have to re-program. It will be obvious if re-programming is required as the screen will show "set-up" when turned on.  In the bottom half and to the right on the remote there is a button labeled ENTER surrounded by four arrow buttons.  Arrow down to Auto Preset and the push ENTER. This should start the auto-programming that will take several minutes to complete.  If it does not immediately start the auto-programming push the RIGHT HAND ARROW button.  Several of the sets require this method.  For any further instructions see the manual located on the garage wall just outside the kitchen door.  The only TV that is different is the small RCA sitting on the kitchen counter;  it's plain vanilla and lacks the additional features of the eleven others.
