TRASH PICKUP
You can put any trash or garbage in the green containers but please only put recycle material in the brown one.  The trash in the green containers will be picked up every Monday and Friday. Since they often come early please put them out by the end of the drive the night before. The brown container for recycle material is picked up on Monday only.

GRILL
There is a large propane tank on the opposite side of the steps from the grill. The valve on the top of the tank and the valve under the steps at the grill must both be turned on to use the grill and off when finished. The tank has a rotating valve (clockwise for off) and the other is a quarter turn valve where on is in line with the tubing to the grill. Look at Who to Call if you should ever run out of propane.

KITCHEN
Garbage Disposal
The switch for the disposal is in the cabinet under the sink near the top on the right hand side.
Stove
Hopefully all the dials at the back of the stove will be self explanatory though somewhat confusing,  Please do not clean stove top till the red hot light goes out.  There is a yellow pad and cleaner under the sink and a blue scraper in the drawer under the toaster for hard to remove spills.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
There are two Fire Extinguishers in the house. One is located on the wall between the door to the garage and the closest counter top.  The other is located in the kitchenette on the South Wing of the house, next to the refrigerator and just around the corner as you come up the stairs from the first floor.
