Please call Southern Shore Realty at 261-2000 for any problem you might encounter while at GOOSE VILLA.  That includes practically all repairs or maintenance, including the Pool and Hot Tub that are scheduled for normal maintenance twice a week.

The one exception would be for propane for the Grill. Our propane tank should last the season and in addition we have automatic delivery.  In the unlikely event, however, that the tank goes empty, call Amerigas at 261-9333.

A particularly annoying pest here on the Outer Banks is ants. Should you see any inside the cottage, call Southern Shores Realty. We have a contract for pest control and they will arrange for additional spray for you. Sorry to say mosquitoes can only be controlled by keeping the screen doors shut.
