Beaching

GOOSE VILLA is just a short 800 yards from the beach. It's an easy walk, or you can use the permits you received from Southern Shores Realty to park at one of the restricted lots discussed below or shown visually on the maps page. There is a Beach Umbrella and two Beach Buggies in the garage, the Buggies will help you tote your paraphernalia on to the beach. We also have a bike trailer. One men's and one ladies bike has connectors for the trailer.

BEACH PARKING (There are 3 restricted parking lots available for your use. You must use the permits you received when you checked in at Southern Shores Realty)

Chicahauk Lot:
1) This is a small lot on the left just before you get to Ocean Blvd on Chicahauk Trail.

Southern Shores Lots
1) The closest lot is on Ocean Blvd just past the blinking light where Duck Road cuts off on the left. Stay on Ocean Blvd which is the right fork and the entrance to the parking lot is immediately to the left. You will usually be able to find space there.
2) The Hillcrest parking lot which is much larger is located at the beach at Hillcrest Dr. Follow Duck Rd to the second traffic light and turn right on Hillcrest Dr.
