| Tuna-Noodle Casserole |
| 4 oz medium noodles (3 cups) |
| 1 cup chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup chopped onions |
| 2 Tbsp butter |
| 2 tbsp all purpose flour |
| I can cream of mushroom soup |
| 3/4 cup milk |
| 91/4 oz can tuna |
| 1/4 cup sliced green stuffed olives |
| 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| Cook Noodles |
| Cook celery & onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, then soup, then milk. Cook & stir till mixture thick and bubbling. Stir in Tuna, olives & drained noodles. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. |
| Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake uncovered 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. 6 servings. |
