Tuna-Noodle Casserole
 
4 oz medium noodles (3 cups)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
I can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
91/4 oz can tuna
1/4 cup sliced green stuffed olives
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
Cook Noodles
 
Cook celery & onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, then soup, then milk. Cook & stir till mixture thick and bubbling. Stir in Tuna, olives & drained noodles. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
 
Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake uncovered 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. 6 servings.
