Seafood Stew
 
1 small can crab soup and 1 can water
3 small potatoes cut and cubed
1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb firm fish
1/2 lb shrimp
1 can whole clams
 
Cook potatoes, add to soup
 
Saute fish, cube and add to soup
 
Add scallops and shelled raw shrimp.
 
Add clams, drained with 1/4 cup juice.
 
Simmer till seafood is cooked. (10-15 minutes)
 
Serve with hot bread and sherry.
