Rockfish Fillets Kinship
 
1 pound rockfish fillets
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup slivered almonds, chopped into smaller pieces
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped into small pieces
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of dry white wine or water
Sale, pepper and Lemon pepper to taste
 
Place fillets in a well oiled pan & season with salt and pepper.  Combine softened butter, chopped almonds, chopped mushrooms, lemon juice and parsley to form a paste.  Season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper.  Add white wine to pan.  Spread paste evenly and rather thickly over fillets.  Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.  Serves 4
