Quick Rice & Tuna Dish
 
I can (13 oz) light chunk tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp minced onion
Dash black pepper
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c evaporated milk
 
Put mushroom soup in saucepan, stir in evaporated milk until smooth. Add flaked tuna, then remaining ingredients. Cover And simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 6.
