| Heavenly Pasta |
| 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into ½ inch dice |
| ¼ cup torn fresh basil leaves |
| 2 cans (6 ½ ounces each) white-meat tuna in water, drained |
| ½ cup imported black olives, pitted |
| Salt and pepper, to taste |
| ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil |
| 12 ounces angel hair pasta |

1. In a large bowl, prepare sauce: Combine the tomatoes, basil and tuna (be careful not to break it up too much). Add the olives, salt, pepper and oil, then toss very gently. |
| 2. Just before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately. |
