Heavenly Pasta
 
4 ripe tomatoes, cut into ½ inch dice
¼ cup torn fresh basil leaves
2 cans (6 ½ ounces each) white-meat tuna in water, drained
½ cup imported black olives, pitted
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
12 ounces angel hair pasta
 

1. In a large bowl, prepare sauce: Combine the tomatoes, basil and tuna (be careful not to break it up too much). Add the olives, salt, pepper and oil, then toss very gently.

2. Just before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
