| Frankfurter Skillet Supper |
| 2 tbsp butter |
| ¾ cup chopped onion |
| 1 lb frankfurter sliced |
| 2 1/2 cup uncooked medium noodles |
| 1 can condensed tomato soup |
| 1 cup milk |
| 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese |
| In a large skillet with tight fitting cover, melt butter; saute onion and frankfurters for 5 minutes. Layer noodles over frankfurters. Combine soup and milk; pour over noodles. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover tightly and bring to a steam; reduce heat to simmer. Cook 25~3O minutes. 6 servings. |
