Frankfurter Skillet Supper
 
2 tbsp butter
¾ cup chopped onion
1 lb frankfurter sliced
2 1/2 cup uncooked medium noodles
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
 
In a large skillet with tight fitting cover, melt butter; saute onion and frankfurters for 5 minutes. Layer noodles over frankfurters. Combine soup and milk; pour over noodles. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover tightly and bring to a steam; reduce heat to simmer. Cook 25~3O minutes. 6 servings.
