| Barbecued Beef Brisket |
| 5-6 pound beef brisket |
| 1 18-ounce bottle smoke-flavored barbecue sauce (1 ¾ cups) |
| 2 Tbsp brown sugar |
| 1 tsp garlic salt |
| 1 tsp seasoned salt |
| 2 tsp coarse pepper |
| ½ tsp onion powder |
| ½ tsp dry mustard |
| 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| Combine all ingredients except brisket in removable liner. Add brisket and turn to coat well with sauce. Marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on Auto for 8 hours or Low for 9 to 11 hours or High for 5 to 6 hours. 6 – 1o servings. |
