| Beef Strips with Tomatoes |
| 1 (lb) flank steak |
| 1/3 cup soy sauce |
| 1/3 cup dry white wine |
| 1 tsp sugar |
| 2 tbsp cornstarch |
| 1 medium onion, sliced |
| 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced |
| 1/2 green pepper, sliced |
| 1 pint cherry tomatoes |
| Slice steak very thin, diagonally across grain. Place in 2 quart casserole. Combine soy sauce, wine and sugar. Pour over meat. Mix lightly to coat evenly. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours, in refrigerator, Stir in cornstarch, onion, mushrooms and green pepper. Cook in Radarange, covered on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Stir halfway through cooking time. Add tomatoes. Pierce skin slightly. Cook in microwave covered, on HIGH for 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated. |
