| Barbequed Pork Chops |
| 8 lean pork chops |
| 1/2 cup catsup |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1 tsp celery seed |
| 1/2 tsp nutmeg |
| 1/3 cup vinegar |
| 1 cup water |
| 1 bay leaf |
| Brown chops in hot fat. |
| Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake in slow |
| oven (325) 1 1/2 hours. Turn chops once during baking. |
| Makes 8 servings. |
