Barbequed Pork Chops
 
8 lean pork chops
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
 
Brown chops in hot fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake in slow
oven (325) 1 1/2 hours. Turn chops once during baking.
 
Makes 8 servings.
