| Chicken Casserole |
| 1 whole chicken, cooked & boned |
| 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 can cream of chicken soup |
| 1/4 c white wine |
| 1/2 c milk |
| 1 pkg stuffing mix |
| Place cooked chicken pieces in bottom of 8" x 8" pan. Saute mushrooms and sprinkle over chicken. |
| Mix soup and milk and wine. Pour over chicken. |
| Make stuffing according to directions and pile on top. |
