Chicken Casserole
 
1 whole chicken, cooked & boned
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c milk
1 pkg stuffing mix
 
Place cooked chicken pieces in bottom of 8" x 8" pan. Saute mushrooms and sprinkle over chicken.
 
Mix soup and milk and wine. Pour over chicken.
 
Make stuffing according to directions and pile on top.
