Mexican Salad
 
1 can of refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg taco mix
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion (red is good)
chopped green pepper
grated sharp cheese
sliced black or green olives
 
Spread refried beans on large platter, leaving about 2" all around edge
 
Mix sour cream and taco mix well
 
Spread over refried beans
 
Put shredded lettuce over this, then peppers, onions,
 
Tomatoes. Top with cheese. Add sliced olives for garnish.
 
Serve with Dorito Nacho chips.
